Catherine P. O’Hern is a litigation associate in Schenck Price’s Professional Liability Practice Group who has substantial experience in insurance defense, third-party liability, coverage, subrogation and appellate matters. Previously she was associated with a New York City law firm. Following law school, Catherine was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. She has had experience as a judicial intern and mediator with the NJ Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs, ADR and the Morris County Superior Court.
Prior to attending law school, Catherine was a marketing representative, designing and supervising the installation of proprietary software solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
- Authored the defendant brief that resulted in the New Jersey Supreme Court denying plaintiff’s Petition for Certification of the judgment reached by the Appellate Division affirming the trial court’s decision in Schenck Price’s favor, on Appeal and on plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration.
