Schenck Price Partners with Local Organizations to Host Event for Big Brothers Big Sisters

As a member of the 2023 Class of LEAD Morris, Morris County Chamber of Commerce, Associate Carly M. Clinton collaborated with other members of the class to host a day of fun for New Jersey’s Big Brothers Big Sisters program at Picatinny Arsenal’s Frog Falls Aquatic Park on August 6. Schenck Price sponsored the event alongside CP Engineers, Picatinny Arsenal and Saint Clare’s Health.

The “Bigs” and “Littles” were able to enjoy a day of swimming and water adventures, as well as learn more about each of the members of the LEAD Morris class and their careers. “As a former ‘Big’ in high school, I was very excited to be re-involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters for this initiative,” says Clinton. “It is a powerful organization that facilitates positive and meaningful mentoring relationships for children, so they can strive to reach their fullest potential. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to share more about my career with them.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a national volunteer-supported mentoring network focused on creating meaningful and monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”). This program empowers youth across the country to strive for educational success and achieve their full potential.

Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s LEAD Morris program is comprised of business professionals whose business acumen and community consciousness will help to make a difference in Morris County. The program introduces participants to the opportunities, challenges, and institutions of Morris County through community education, professional development, community trusteeship, and business networking.
