Shirley Berger Whitenack, Co-Chair of Schenck Price's Elder and Special Needs Law Practice Group, has been appointed by New Jersey Chief Justice Stuart Rabner to represent the New Jersey State Bar Association on the Judiciary Working Group on Elder Justice. The Judiciary Working Group was established to address the various legal and intersectional issues that face older New Jersey residents. It is intended to bring together key stakeholders from public and private sectors that work with older adults. Drawing from the diverse perspectives and resources of its members, the Working Group should develop and facilitate implementation of initiatives that will improve elder justice.
